	What shipping methods are available? scalezone.com offers several convenient UPS shipping options: UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air. Select floor scales and/or very heavy items ship via motor freight, as indicated in the product detail pages for such instances. Do you ship to P.O., A.P.O or F.P.O Boxes? scalezone.com does not ship to these addresses. Do you ship outside of the U.S.? scalezone.com currently ships within the U.S. (including Alaska and Hawaii), and Puerto Rico or Virgin Islands. How are shipping costs determined? Shipping charges are added to your order based on order size, method of shipment, and shipping destination. Your order may include a surcharge for oversized items or shipments in excess of 30 lbs. A handling charge of $1.95 is added to every order. How do I calculate my shipping costs? When you checkout, your shipping costs, based on the criteria above, will be calculated automatically. You will be able to view the shipping costs for your order before submitting your payment and completing the checkout process.

When will I receive my order?
Most orders ship within 24 to 48 hours. When you select a shipment option, you are selecting the time your order will be in transit. Add that transit time to process to estimate your order’s arrival date. Please note transit times on the map above for orders shipped via UPS Ground.

What are the additional charges for oversized and heavy items?
Shipping carriers assess additional fees for packages over 30 lbs. and oversized items. Products on our site that will incur these additional fees will be clearly marked with O/H (oversize/heavy), and the additional fees for these items are as follows:

Do you send partial shipments?
scalezone.com keeps adequate inventory of products to its best ability. There may be occasion, however, when an item is out of stock. If you ordered more than one item, and the other products are available, we may ship those products without the item that is out of stock and cancel the order for the unavailable item. You will be notified by email and/or telephone if an item you order is currently unavailable or on back order.
