What is scalezone.com’s Return Policy?
Defective items are replaced at no charge.
Claims for returns must be made within 30 days of your date of purchase. Properly filed claims will result in a refund (excluding S&H.)
Your item must be returned with all appropriate manuals, accessories and parts with which it was originally shipped to you, in original packaging.
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
How do I return an item?
You must complete a Return Form and include it with your return shipment. Download and print the form, and follow the directions carefully for filing your return claim. You will need Acrobat Reader to view and print the Return Form.
