How do I place an order?
Simply place items in your shopping cart by selecting the “add to cart” button next to the products you wish to purchase. At any time, you may see and/or revise the contents of your shopping cart by clicking the shopping cart icon at the top of the page. Click the Checkout button when you are ready to proceed to the checkout of our secure, online ordering system.
What types of payment do you accept?
scalezone.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express cards through our secure online ordering system. Fax orders are processed pending credit approval.
Can I fax or phone in my order?
Fax orders are accepted. Simply click the “Fax Order” button during the checkout process to print out your order; then fax your order to us at 214-630-6896. We do not accept phone orders, mail orders or purchase orders at this time.
Do you charge sales tax?
Orders that are shipped to addresses in the state of Texas will be charged 8.25% sales tax. Sales tax is not added to orders that ship outside the state of Texas.
Do you take back orders for out-of-stock items?
scalezone.com currently does not handle back orders. If an item you order is out-of-stock, you will be notified, and the order will be cancelled. In the event that one of multiple items on your order is out of stock, the order for that single item will be cancelled, and shipping & handling charges (and applicable tax for Texas residents) will be adjusted accordingly.
How can I cancel my order?
We process orders very quickly and as such, it is difficult to cancel orders. If an hour or more has passed since you placed your order online, chances are that it has already begun to be processed. Call customer service at 214-630-6314.
How can I change/add to my order?
If your order has already been submitted, you will need to place a new order for additional items, as orders in processing cannot be changed.
Is my order secure?
scalezone.com takes every precaution to ensure the security of your transaction. All electronic transactions have SSL (secure socket layer) encryption for security when transmitting your account information. An email will be sent to you immediately after you have placed your order to notify you that the order has been received and is in process. The Federal Law protects your online credit-card transactions just like your offline transactions. Your liability is limited to a maximum of $50.00 in charges.
